Deco Poles Warranty

Deco Poles warrants its products against defects in material and work manship. Without charge Deco Poles will either repair or replace any properly installed Deco Poles product which fails under normal operating conditions within a ten (10) year period from the date of shipment, providing our inspection determines it to be defective under the terms of this warranty. Deco Poles reserves the right in its solo discretion to decide between repair and replacement.

This warranty covers only products manufactured by Deco Poles and does not extend to the Colours, Textures and Paints used on the poles transportation or installation charges, nor does it apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjunction with Deco Poles products. This express warranty is in lieu of all other representations, warranties or conditions expressed or implied. In no event shall Deco Poles’ liability under this warranty exceed the amount paid by the customer to Deco Poles and in no event shall Deco Poles be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages.

We currently expect our spun concrete poles to have a life expectancy of Sixty (60) years or more. Through new concrete technology, advanced manufacturing processes, and stringent quality control we can assure the client of this long life.

The Luminaries supplied by us is covered by 6 Months Warranty and 3 Months for the LED Drivers and other electrical components from the date of billing. Bulbs are covered by respective manufacturer’s general warranty.
